Mn4+离子2Eg→4A2g跃迁是宇称和自旋禁戒跃迁,在Mn4+æ¿€æ´»è§å ‰ç²‰ä¸­èŽ·å¾—è¯¥è·ƒè¿çš„å¼ºé›¶å£°å­çº¿ï¼ˆZero Phonon Line,ZPLï¼‰è§å ‰æ—¢æœ‰ç§‘å­¦æ„ä¹‰åˆæœ‰åº”ç”¨ä»·å€¼ã€‚æœ¬æ–‡å¯¹å ·æœ‰å¼ºZPL发射特征的Mn4+æ¿€æ´»æ°Ÿæ°§åŒ–ç‰©çº¢å ‰è§å ‰ç²‰çš„åˆ¶å¤‡ã€æ™¶ä½“ç»“æž„å’Œè§å ‰æ€§è´¨è¿›è¡Œæ€»ç»“ã€‚å‘çŽ°äº†ä¸€äº›è§„å¾‹ï¼šç›®å‰å¼ºZPLå‘å°„æ°Ÿæ°§åŒ–ç‰©è§å ‰ç²‰ä¸­å¿ƒé˜³ç¦»å­æœ‰Nb5+/Mo6+/Ta5+/W6+四种,Mn4+åœ¨å ¶ä¸­æŽºæ‚æ—¶éƒ½ä¸ºå¯¹é«˜ä»·æ€ç¦»å­çš„ä¸ç­‰ä»·å–ä»£ï¼›åŸºè´¨æ™¶æ ¼æ‰€å«å «é¢ä½“å½¢æˆç•¸å˜æ˜¯èŽ·å¾—å¼ºZPLå‘å°„çš„å¿ è¦æ¡ä»¶ï¼›Mn4+在部分氟氧化物中ZPL可强于Stokes ν6声子伴峰,而在部分氟氧化物中ZPL又弱于ν6峰强度;强ZPL发射Mn4+æ¿€æ´»æ°Ÿæ°§åŒ–ç‰©è§å ‰ç²‰ä¸­ZPL波长位于619~628 nm之间,与Mn4+åœ¨å¸¸è§æ°ŸåŒ–ç‰©ä¸­çš„å‘å ‰èƒ½é‡æŽ¥è¿‘ï¼›ZPL与ν6å³°çš„å¼ºåº¦æ¯”ä¸ä» ä¸ŽåŸºè´¨åŒ–å­¦ç»„æˆæœ‰å ³ï¼Œå¯¹äºŽæŸä¸€è§å ‰ç²‰ï¼Œè¯¥æ¯”å€¼ä¹Ÿéšåˆ¶å¤‡æ–¹æ³•çš„æ”¹å˜è€Œå˜åŒ–ã€‚
